Stour Heath Projects Ltd is a Property and Construction Consultancy established by Richard Lander and Andy Roberts, two construction professionals, from Main Contractor and Property Consultant backgrounds.
With over forty years combined experience, Stour Heath Projects was formed to provide a first-class service to property developers, investors and funders, who require a hands on, personal, and collaborative approach, in dealing with their developments. Stour Heath's ability to draw upon their experience to identify and manage risks enables informed decision making by our Clients throughout the duration of their developments.
